This system was initially developed for a electronic security company that receives calls from the central alarm installed at the locations monitored.

Calling Identification by Computer The system works as follows:
- The monitored environment is violated. The alarm panel installed at the site identifies the invasion and makes a call through the telephone line for the electronic security company.
- Electronic security company receives the call via the electronic circuit connected to the telephone line.
- The electronic circuit sends the caller ID, through the serial port, to software installed on your computer.
- The software on your computer receives the calling ID, accesses a database and print a map for the address associated with the call.
- The system´s operator, with the map on hands, provides staff to go at the location where the alarm was triggered.
